Welcome to Grow, the online learning management system operated by Inland Lighthouse Church (“Inland Lighthouse Church,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of grow.ilcriverside.com and all related courses, lessons, materials, features, and services made available through the platform (collectively, the “Service”).
By creating an account, accessing the Service, enrolling in a course, purchasing content, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
Grow is available to the general public, subject to the age requirements described below. Users are not required to be members of or affiliated with Inland Lighthouse Church.
You must be at least thirteen (13) years of age to create an account or use Grow. Individuals under the age of 13 are not permitted to create an account or use the Service.
By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old and that the information you provide is accurate and current.
An account is required to access courses and other portions of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account. You agree to notify Inland Lighthouse Church promptly if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization.
Inland Lighthouse Church reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, restrict, or terminate any account or access to the Service at any time, for any reason or no reason, in its sole discretion, including for violation of these Terms or conduct that we determine is inappropriate or harmful to the Service or other users.
Users who are 13 through 17 years of age may use Grow subject to these Terms. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with your parent or legal guardian.
By permitting a minor who is at least 13 years of age to access Grow, a parent or legal guardian acknowledges that the minor may access educational and ministry content through the Service and should provide appropriate supervision of the minor’s use of the Service.
Grow is not intended for, and may not be used by, children under 13 years of age.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or limit any rights or protections afforded to minors under applicable law.
Grow provides educational and ministry-oriented courses and materials. Courses may be offered free of charge or may require payment.
Inland Lighthouse Church reserves the right to add, modify, suspend, discontinue, or remove courses, lessons, instructors, materials, features, or other portions of the Service at any time.
Course completion requirements may vary by course. Completion of a course may make a user eligible to download a digital certificate of completion. Certificates are provided digitally only; Inland Lighthouse Church does not currently provide paper certificates or diplomas.
A certificate of completion does not constitute an academic degree, diploma, professional license, accreditation, certification, college credit, or other professional or governmental credential unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular course.
Certain courses or portions of the Service may require payment. Prices and payment terms will be presented at the time of purchase.
By purchasing paid content, you agree to pay all applicable charges associated with your purchase.
Inland Lighthouse Church reserves the right to change prices, introduce fees, offer discounts or promotions, or discontinue paid content at any time. Any change will generally apply prospectively and will not alter the price of a purchase already completed, except as otherwise required by law.
Any refund policy applicable to a particular purchase will be disclosed at the time of purchase or through the applicable course or payment interface.
All content made available through Grow, including but not limited to courses, lessons, videos, written materials, graphics, presentations, quizzes, assessments, logos, designs, digital certificates, and other educational or ministry materials, is owned by Inland Lighthouse Church or used by Inland Lighthouse Church with appropriate authorization.
Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or by written permission from Inland Lighthouse Church, you may not:
Your access to course content is a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes.
Grow may allow users to submit reviews, comments, responses, or other content in connection with lessons or courses (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of any original User Content you submit. However, by submitting User Content, you grant Inland Lighthouse Church a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to host, reproduce, display, distribute, and use that User Content as reasonably necessary to operate, administer, promote, and improve the Service.
You agree not to submit User Content that:
Inland Lighthouse Church reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review, edit, restrict, or remove User Content at any time and for any reason.

Grow is operated by Inland Lighthouse Church as an educational and ministry resource. The content presented through Grow reflects the educational, religious, biblical, and ministry purposes of Inland Lighthouse Church.
Course materials are provided for general educational and informational purposes and are not intended to constitute professional legal, medical, mental-health, financial, tax, investment, employment, or other professional advice.
Where course materials discuss subjects such as personal finances, stewardship, relationships, health, or other matters that may involve professional advice, users should seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional regarding their individual circumstances.
Inland Lighthouse Church does not represent or warrant that participation in any course will produce a particular spiritual, personal, financial, educational, professional, or other result.
Although Inland Lighthouse Church endeavors to maintain the availability and quality of Grow, the Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
We do not guarantee that:
Inland Lighthouse Church may perform maintenance, make technical changes, or temporarily suspend portions of the Service when necessary.
Grow may contain links to third-party websites, services, resources, payment processors, or other platforms.
Inland Lighthouse Church does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, availability, security, or policies of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to the terms and policies established by those third parties.
Your use of Grow is also governed by the Inland Lighthouse Church Privacy Policy, which describes how information is collected, used, stored, and disclosed.
The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy concerning the handling of personal information, the Privacy Policy will control to the extent required by applicable law.
Grow may track information associated with your use of the Service, including course enrollment, course progress, lesson completion, quiz scores, assessment results, and certificate eligibility.
Such information may be used to administer courses, determine completion, provide certificates, improve the Service, and maintain appropriate educational records, consistent with the Privacy Policy.
Where offered, digital certificates may be made available for download after a user satisfies the applicable course-completion requirements.
Certificates are provided as a record of completion of the applicable Grow course. Inland Lighthouse Church reserves the right to establish or modify certificate requirements and to correct or revoke a certificate issued in error or obtained through fraudulent or improper means.
Certificates are not diplomas, degrees, professional licenses, or government-issued credentials.
Inland Lighthouse Church may suspend or terminate your account or your access to all or any portion of Grow at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason, including suspected violations of these Terms, misuse of the Service, inappropriate conduct, unauthorized sharing of course materials, or other conduct determined by Inland Lighthouse Church to be inconsistent with the purposes or proper operation of the Service.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service and any licensed course content will immediately cease.
Sections concerning intellectual property, User Content, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive termination.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Inland Lighthouse Church and its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, instructors, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, Grow or any course, content, or service provided through Grow.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inland Lighthouse Church’s total liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall be limited to the amount, if any, that you paid directly to Inland Lighthouse Church for the specific course or service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Inland Lighthouse Church and its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, instructors, agents, and representatives from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any lawsuit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Grow shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Riverside County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency or injunctive relief in any court having appropriate jurisdiction where necessary to protect intellectual property, confidential information, security, or other legally protected rights.
Inland Lighthouse Church may modify these Terms from time to time.
When material changes are made, we may provide notice through the Service or by other reasonable means. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date.
Your continued use of Grow after the revised Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Inland Lighthouse Church concerning your use of Grow and supersede prior understandings concerning the Service, except where additional written terms expressly apply.
The failure of Inland Lighthouse Church to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision in the future.
